This is another online training client of ours. The goal was to reduce body fat in a sustainable manner, we did this by putting a fairly flexible meal plan in place as well as some home workouts to follow based around the equipment he has access to. The plan now is to do another couple of weeks and get a little more body fat off, we’ll then look at gradually increasing calories whilst his body adjusts, once we’ve done that for a few weeks he’ll be maintaining his lowest weight and body fat % on more calories, that’s when it becomes easier to maintain!
