Sam
I’ve been a qualified personal trainer for over 12 years and founded Fitbox in 2014. I wanted to create a space that helped people build a better relationship with exercise—where both clients and trainers could thrive.
I specialise in body fat reduction and big transformations, but my focus today is on leading a team who deliver life-changing results to every client who walks through our doors.
What I love most is the connection—some of my closest friendships started with someone walking into Fitbox as a client. The best part? Watching people’s lives improve across the board—energy, mood, confidence, and mindset.
I’m proud to have built Fitbox into something that now helps hundreds of people across multiple locations. One transformation I’ll never forget: helping a client lose 70kg—and keep it off.
Fitness has completely transformed my life. I started out skinny with no muscle and no confidence. Now, training helps me stay sharp, focused, and at my best every day.
Outside the gym, I enjoy football, eating out (especially with a few weekend beers), spending time with my fiancée and our dog, and challenging myself in and out of fitness.
What I love most about Fitbox: Our community. Hearing how we’ve helped someone beyond just fitness is what makes it all worth it.

Sasha
I’ve been a personal trainer for over four years and absolutely love my job! I disliked sports growing up, but discovered a love for weight training and muscle building around age 18. My passion for fitness has only flourished ever since, and I’ve never looked back.
I love helping people improve their confidence in the gym and feel happier and healthier in their own body. I really enjoy working with clients who might have felt intimidated or unsure about training before, helping them grow in strength, confidence, and self-belief.
Getting to help different people every day and seeing them transform both physically and mentally is incredibly fulfilling. I enjoy the challenges and uniqueness that come with each client and love spending time with so many inspiring people.
Some of my proudest moments are seeing clients completely change how they feel about themselves, not just how they look. When someone goes from nervous and self-conscious to walking into sessions full of confidence, that’s a huge win for me.
Exercise has completely changed my confidence over the years; it lifts my mood, helps me feel good mentally, and keeps me balanced. I love passing on the lesson that we are all capable of changing our bodies and minds through the right training and nutrition.
If I’m not in the gym, you’ll usually find me walking my dogs, spending time with my fiancé, cooking something tasty, or enjoying some form of beauty treatment.
Fitbox is an environment full of great energy and like-minded people. I love how everyone supports one another, both clients and trainers. My aim is always to bring that same energy to my sessions, pushing, motivating, and adding a bit of fun to every workout.
Jayden
I’ve been a personal trainer for a year, but my experience in fitness goes far beyond that. I spent years in professional football, which taught me discipline, consistency, and how to get the best out of myself and others.
It doesn’t matter to me if your a seasoned goer or a complete beginner! I enjoy working with anyone who’s willing to show up, work hard, and push their limits- whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who’s been training for years.
For me, it’s all about building genuine relationships with clients and helping them grow, not just physically, but mentally too.
One of my proudest moments was helping a client lose enough body fat to qualify for a surgery she really needed. Seeing how much that changed her life was incredibly rewarding.
I’ve trained my whole life, and exercise has always been my outlet. No matter what’s going on, it’s the one thing that helps me clear my head and feel grounded.
Outside the gym, I also work as a talent scout for Arsenal Football Club- football’s been a big part of my life since day one.
The community. Everyone supports each other, and it makes coming to work every day something I genuinely look forward to.
Jess
I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years, with experience in commercial gyms, group exercise, and personal training. I’ve been part of the Fitbox team for 6 years and now manage the Staines studio.
My strengths lie in client communication, nutrition support, and general day-to-day operations. When training clients, I keep it simple, effective, and tailored—especially for those who love a challenge and a laugh.
Watching clients transform physically and emotionally is what keeps me going. Seeing people grow stronger and more confident in themselves is truly rewarding.
One of my proudest moments was helping a client get their first pull-up. Now they can do ten—and that progress is what it’s all about.
Exercise has helped me manage my mental health and become a stronger, more confident version of myself. It’s now an essential part of my life, and I love helping others who are on a similar journey.
I’m happiest outdoors with my two dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, and making the most of life. You’ll usually find me smiling, full of energy, and keeping things upbeat.

Tom
I’ve been a fitness coach for over a year now, but my passion for training began in my late teens. I left my 9–5 job to pursue personal training full-time and help others discover the impact fitness can have on their lives.
I specialise in building strength and improving mobility. It’s not just about lifting heavy—it’s about moving well and building confidence through safe, structured progress.
My favourite part of the job is seeing people do things they never thought possible—whether that’s a pull-up or lifting a new personal best. I use my own experience to show others what they’re capable of.
Helping my clients believe in themselves has been the biggest win. When someone gains self-confidence through training, everything else starts to fall into place.
Fitness started for me as a way to get “beach ready” for a holiday, but it’s grown into something much deeper. Training helps me manage life’s challenges and stay focused, both physically and mentally.
Outside of Fitbox, I love golf, catching a good film, CrossFit (obviously!), and spending time with my girlfriend and mates.
What I love most about Fitbox: The sense of community. From the team to the members, everyone is supportive, driven—and always up for a laugh.
Baghel
My fitness foundation comes from over a decade in Muay Thai Boxing and other martial arts. I became a certified personal trainer while at university, applying a strong, early-developed understanding of training and performance science.
I specialize in strength and conditioning, weight management, and performance training. I blend evidence-based methods with martial arts principles, but I also enjoy classic 70s-80s bodybuilding styles for pure muscle building.
I love connecting with clients and sharing the science and the ‘why’ behind the process. The individuality of each person always challenges me to think creatively and adapt my approach for the best results.
One of my proudest moments was helping an overweight beginner client achieve a total transformation, eventually enabling him to compete at a semi-professional level in martial arts.
Training since the age of seven has been a driving force in my life, keeping me disciplined, focused, and mentally balanced.
Away from the gym, I love being outdoors with my animals (dogs, chickens, fish) and have a passion for rebuilding classic cars.
I value the chance to help people transform their whole lives through our knowledge and support. I also love being part of a talented team where the culture feels more like a family.
Alice
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I qualified as a personal trainer at 18, later specialising in pre/post-natal fitness and sports massage. My passion for helping people move and feel better has only grown stronger over time.
I specialise in pre/post-natal coaching and strength training for all abilities. I especially enjoy helping those new to fitness build confidence and a positive relationship with their body and routine.
What I love most is the bond you build with clients. They become more than just people you train—you support each other, and that connection makes every win even more meaningful.
One client I’ll never forget: a mum of ten who didn’t believe she could ever feel fit again. With support, she became her fittest, happiest self and now prioritises her health for herself and her family.
