Our original facility and home of the Fitbox body transformations, Staines offers private, small group personal training in a friendly, non-intimidating space. Fully equipped and conveniently located.

Located in the heart of Weybridge, this private training space delivers expert 1-2-1 and small group training in an intimate, professional environment. We offer flexible times and personalised support, to make it ideal for busy professionals and parents.
Surbiton Fitbox
Our Surbiton studio is perfect for those who prefer personal training in a discreet, appointment-only setting. With a calm atmosphere and experienced coaches, it’s fitness without the crowds and great results.
Shepperton Fitbox
